Bluekosmos platform is conceived to manage informative campaigns in a bright and non-intrusive way.
To send SMS in PUSH mode (multiple or single sending to mobile numbers) the customer must be directly entitled to the use of telephone numbers or apply to societies entitled to the handling of this sensitive datum.
In SMS Pull campaigns (sending SMS replying to a former SMS with key word), telephone numbers are not saved beyond the time necessary for the answer, so they cannot be reused for other kinds of activities and not even submitted to third parties.
Concerning the use of the Bluetooth communication protocol, the system is not intrusive and always asks for the consent when sending the message.
In case of assent the system forwards the message. On the contrary it will automatically insert the receiver into a mobile devices archive among those ones that must not be contacted in the future along the length of the existing campaign.
If the receiver, because of confusion or distraction, doesn’t perceive the request submitted by Bluekosmos, it is possible to configure every single Bluestation independently so, in case of invalid answer from the receiver, the acceptance message can be repeated several times and the waiting time varied from a few seconds to some minutes.
It is therefore possible to configure manually Bluetooth devices addresses not to be contacted.
Suppose a circumstance where a Bluestation is positioned in a public office or into a shopping centre. Employees Bluetooth addresses can be manually inserted in this archive in order not to be contacted by the platform, while keeping the Bluetooth on mobiles or PDAs always active.
